To say we had a good time at this wedding would be an understatement...this family knew how to have a phenomenal party - Must be the Italian way! We haven't seen a dance party go so long into the night in a wee while - with 86 year old Nonno Gino at the centre of the dance floor party! He definitely put us to shame with his moves, and only stopped for a quick snack!
Adam & Danielle hosted the ceremony at one of their favourite places, Pipers Lagoon. We love to roam there on a day off, and we've been there for engagements and wedding portraits - but we had never actually photographed a ceremony there! They transformed the large grassy area into a ceremony site with a huge hexagon tent to shelter their guests from the heat, stunning floral arrangements and live acoustic guitar to welcome the guests & bridal party down the aisle. We didn't need to go far to get some stunning portraits after either - there are some pretty gorgeous corners at Piper's Lagoon with tall grass, backlit forest, ocean, beach and an old wooden fence need we say more?
We genuinely had a fun night being part of an Italian family for a few hours!
Adam & Danielle we wish you both a lifetime of happiness and that you are dancing as hard as your Grandparents 50 years from now...
