Nanaimo Swy-A-Lana Wedding |  Tracy & Ryan 

Tracy is the entire reason we had snow this February 2021. Tracy wished for a snowy wedding, we talked about it, put it out there in the universe and BOOM! Snow on their wedding day! Being residents of Vancouver Island, one of the least snowy places in Canada, means we only get snow once (sometimes twice!) a year - and we were thrilled it was for Tracy & Ryans Valentines Elopement! It was so cold - the snow covered the ground AT THE WATER! For all our friends thinking its no big thing, it is. Snow never goes to the ocean! 

Their snowy elopement at Swy-A-Lana wasn't the original plan - but as we're all well aware, Covid-19 has created the need to adjust - at least temporarily. Their nearest friends & family came together to celebrate! The best man, Andrew, shovelled out an area out by the bridge at the seawall for the ceremony to happen and the two said their vows amid the snow & the ocean! 

It was truly a spectacular day, we had a great time with these two and can't wait to see them again soon in the near future for their BIG celebration in October!
