I first met Kristi last year when I was shooting photos for her best friend Vanessa. She was one of the most helpful friends that has ever come along on a shoot, she held my reflector, did Vanessa's make-up & helped her choose her outfits! What a fabulous lady to call your best friend!

Kristi contacted me a couple months ago for maternity photos! She was expecting her third baby...and you wouldn't believe it until you saw her other adorable two boys! She is an gorgeous mother to be, and her husband Alex is a very lucky man! We chatted about location, and decided on the Affinity Guest House. It has classic West Coast charm, great property and even has some lovely dogs and cats that I would take home in a heartbeat (and I almost did!)! The Affinity Guest House is buried in the backwoods of Cowichan Bay, but its worth the drive, especially on a beautiful day! We lucked out with the weather, the day before was an absolute downpour, the day of was blue skies and not 15 minutes after their session...it started to sprinkle! It always works out here on the island, you've gotta love it!

Kristi & Alex, thank you so much for inviting me to share in your "Soon to be...", I'm so excited for you and can't wait to meet the newest addition!
