We took these two to a historic landmark for part of their session and the lake for the rest! Nanaimo has a history of mining, and there's still some of the tipple, among other neat things (the tipple carried the coal up and dumped it for collection)! Its buried in a gorgeous forest with with all sorts of neat shambles along the path - throw in a great couple and its a huge WIN! Kevin & Karina loved the idea of a lake as well, so we found the perfect spot to take them...and make em' JUMP IN!! It may have gotten little out of control with them, but they rocked it! Getting married is all about taking a leap...why shouldn't your engagement session be?
