Merridale Wedding | Sara & Matt
 

There was so much rich history filling the air for Sara & Matt's day...it was unreal! These two have known each other since they were six years old, Sara's dad and Matt's mom were both teachers at the same high schools, (and they were both teachers of mine (Courtney's)), Sara & I performed in musicals together, competed in talent shows and played sports together! With all the shared history - their wedding was truly one for the books and memorable to be a part of! 

From the old Chevy and orchard, to the Distillery at night - these to had picture perfect backdrops for their day. The vibe was calm and exciting all at the same time (save for when Matts best man got in the wrong end of a fight with an apple tree branch...leaving him with a branch shaped gash in his head - but don't worry, we photoshopped it out for you buddy!). During the reception, Sara's sister, Caitlyn, was up on the TV at the back taking her sisters day in through Zoom, and later leading everyone in a great game of Music Trivia.

This season of weddings has been utterly interesting to say the least - and yet its been truly amazing to see how everyone comes together, and celebrates all the same, but adjusts things and adds a few more boundaries in place! We could not be any more blessed to still have the joy of capturing these amazing moments at a time such as this!
